Who We Are & What We Do

The Artemystic was created in 2021 by Jesse Villwock and Valerie Steinken with the intention of providing spiritually charged community healing in the Greater Green Bay Area. After ten years of profound friendship and sisterhood, we two decided to cultivate a public safe space for others who are interested in experiencing inclusive self-exploration and building a stronger, more tolerant community. Collectively we are pagan, womyn-owned, LGBTQ+ and ally community leaders who actively work toward a greater goal of creating safe, healthy, and spiritually liberating coexistence for all of the members of this wonderful community. Of course, there is always work to be done when moving in a peaceful and progressive direction, and we are honored to have made true connections with so many in our first year!

Mission

To facilitate inclusive, spiritual community healing for all members of the community regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, faith base, age, ability or socioeconomic status. We strive to encourage and empower others to explore their own nature and provide safe space for the ultimately bumpy journey to finding inner joy, peace and resilience.

Vision

As transplants to the Green Bay area, it is our vision to see a more inclusive, safe, loving and tolerant community, liberated from fear of judgement, discrimination and violence. We are trauma-informed allies to those in need of support and provide connection to resources for those needs that extend beyond our ability.
